José is a Life and Wellness Coach. In 2018, José joined Propelogy to empower people to pursue their passions, increase self-confidence and build the lives they truly want to live.

José brings compassion and trust when working with his clients, inspiring them to envision and embrace their definition of success. He supports others in creating life balance, unearthing strengths and values,  and overcoming fears through goal setting. This method integrates sustainable change into the daily lives of others to achieve their definition of personal success.

José grew up in the border town of Nogales, AZ and dedicated much of his time to his sport, long distant running. He was a varsity student athlete at the University of Kansas throughout his undergraduate career. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from KU as well.

Since 2014, José has worked in athletics at the University of Kansas, developing and refining KU Leads, the team dedicated to supporting students’ transition into intercollegiate athletics and prepare them for success on-and-off the playing field. José worked with administration to develop diversity and inclusion initiatives for student-athletes and staff.
